FRANK SPECTOR attended Duke University and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1988. He graduated with honors from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1991. He is licensed to practice law in Maryland, The District of Columbia, and West Virginia.

Frank has handled cases in several states including Maryland, the District of Columbia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, West Virginia, Georgia, and Ohio. The types of matters he has handled include erb’s palsy, cerebral palsy, wrongful death, surgical error, infectious disease, orthopedic injuries, delays in diagnosis, and catastrophic injuries. He has been listed in Maryland SuperLawyer Magazine.

MARK KOPEC is a 1988 graduate of The George Washington University, and a 1991 honors graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia, and has been specially admitted in numerous states, including California, Colorado, Delaware, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Virginia.

He is listed again in the Maryland Super Lawyers Magazine for 2009, based on a vote of his peers.

After serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Catherine C. Blake in the Baltimore federal court, Mark joined Whiteford, Taylor & Preston, LLP, one of Maryland's largest law firms, where he ultimately became a general partner. He then joined Snyder, Slutkin & Kopec, where he represented plaintiffs in complex civil litigation matters.

Mark regularly participates on the faculty of the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers (MICPEL) program for fellow lawyers on techniques and tips for taking effective depositions, and also served on a similar panel for the State Bar Association’s Annual Conference.
